I have been inspired by several places for this painting : both from my actual home (as I am lucky to live near a beautiful preserved forest with little gorges and wonderful ferns) and from another home which is my native island, Reunion island, where there are numerous magical lush waterfalls (and more exotic and larger ferns!)
