Beautifully Imperfect

The world is imperfect, Nature is imperfect, life is imperfect, you are imperfect, I am perfect, all are beautifully imperfect!

“Beautifully Imperfect” is a very unique collection of cyanotype collages with gold ink embellishments.

All my cyanotypes have been made on a delicate handcrafted and locally made paper, the collage is on 100% cotton paper, and gold ink is here to illuminate the imperfections or defects of the paper!

These pieces are here to remind you that there's beauty everywhere and especially in your imperfections. They are here to remind you to embrace your flaws and accept them as they are what make you so unique and so special ! 

"Beautifully Imperfect" is inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Kintsugi teaches us to embrace our broken pieces as they make us stronger, they help us grow and be better than before.
